AJ ThinkLab offers flexible hours based on peak demand in Indonesian time (WIB). Our most popular times are:

Weekdays

4 PM – 9 PM WIB

Weekends

9 AM – 6 PM WIB

You choose your availability, and we match you with students who fit your style.

We offer both private 1:1 and small group classes. Teachers can specialize in:

Trial class

Deliver a short mock lesson or live class—we want to see your energy and teaching style.

Start teaching!

Once approved, you’ll be added to our teaching roster and offered student bookings.

Do I need a teaching certificate?

Not always. We prioritize experience and teaching ability. However, certifications (like TESOL, CELTA, or a teaching degree) are a big plus.

Do I need to speak Indonesian?

No! All classes are conducted in English. Our students are encouraged to speak and think in English during class.

How long are the classes?

We offer flexible durations for different learning needs:

Regular group classes: 45 or 60 minutes
IELTS preparation: 90 minutes

How many students per class?

1 to 5 students. We keep classes small for better interaction.
